This presentation will highlight how we must include the issue of domestic violence and fatherhood. Many courts do not exclude fathers from the lives of their children even though violence may have existed. The question is how do we get courts, visitation center, family and community to be proactive in their response to her safety. Also what is required in encouraging a set of behaviors that are common sets of conditions for him that both women and men agree on.
